We are looking for a Business Development Associate for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive company growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by targeting active clients.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their IT needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors' activities.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (MBA or relevant certifications may be a plus).
- 1+ years of proven experience in IT sales, business development, or a related role within the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of IT services, and solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented and self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
