Historically, our firm focused on acquiring undervalued, underperforming, and underutilized market-rate properties in New York City. In 2017, we expanded into the affordable housing sector within the New York Tri-State area. By 2019, this expansion evolved into a nationwide platform—giving rise to Limano. Today, our experienced team specializes in acquisition, rehabilitation, development, management, and project oversight. Our ultimate goal is to deliver quality, affordable housing to communities across the country.
